so when our flight arrived in iraq, we had extinsive security searches!

but it didnt take long because we didnt have much luggage. I asked one of the security gaurds where we could find the hospital.

he pointed us in the right direction and we set out to find my brother in the huge big hospital full of wounded soldiers

it took about 45 minutes,but we finally found my brother!i was completely in tears when i saw his condition.his face was covered in blood because his eye was shot,he leg was broken,and his arm was sprained.i ran over to him and held his hand "Derek!Derek,say something!" he moaned and was fading in and out of consciousness

i held his hand up to my cheek as i kneeled down by his cot! "derek it's me,(yn), i'm here with will! we came to see how you're doing! you look great, you warrior! (lying about him looking good to boost his confidence) we're so proud! talk to me derek! plz!"

he tossed and turned,and mumbles something about invasions.

i looked up and will had tears streaming down his face! he went to the other side of derek and slightly squeezed his hand. derek opened his eyes slightly to looke at will! "hey man!" said will to derek! "take care of my sis?!" derek said more of a question than a statement! will looked at me kind of confused but quickly locked eyes with derek and said, "i promise." then derek blacked out.

and the whole place blacked out "will!" i screamed.i heard bombs,and the whole place was blowing up."DEREK!!!"

i didn't want to leave so i kissed him in the forehead and we had to go away, it was hard and painful leaving seeing him die, but we just had to get away from there or we were gonna die too...

we were very scared and we couldn't see anything, i started to get very worried and started panicking, will came by my side took my hand and pulled me to the ground so we could cover our heads... -------------------------------------------------- is that ok or did i just get it wrong again? lol! sorry I'm just kinda blonde...
