William Moseley (English) : i need help with my icon thingy

i tried to paste a new icon/avatar (whatever it's called) and it said it got on there successfully but when i looked at my posts it wasn't there. it was just blank. does anyone know what's wrong?
 i have some good icons that i want to show y'all but the stupid thing won't let me.  sorry. i'll calm down in a minuite.  this is really disapointing because they were really hot pics of him

haha maybe the icons are too big of a file or too big of an image.

i thought about that but they are the same size as the other ones. good idea though.
