what`s yuck?that i`m a vegetarian??

he layed his hand on my head and we just sat there and watched the sun go down over the mountains.

I fell asleep on his shoulder. Next thing i knew, i woke up to Wills voice. "YN! YN, Wake up! Come on! its almost 9." he said.

i was still asleep,and just barely awake and said "ugh,mom.just 10 more minutes"

no, not that ur a vegetarian (even though i do think thats not right), i meant about the mushrooms.

Will laughed at me and sat down beside me. i opened my eyes and asked him how long i had been asleep. "all night" he replied and i looked at him dazed cuz i was still a little asleep

how is it not right to be a vegetarian??

ooh pick me... God made the animals so that we could have food. I can prove that to you form the Bible if you would like. And if you want facts here they are...
1. You're body needs protein. Meat is the best protein there is. Meat is like eating muscles... well it is eating muscles.. so therefore our muscles can be built up and we can take care of our bodies (which God commands)by eating meat. Make sense?

ooh.well,i just don`t know what to do.my parents FORCE me to eat meat,but i wanna be a vegetarian.why can`t i make my own choices?!cause i mean,it`s just horrible watching animas be killed.would you like it if YOU got slaughtered like that?!

thats exactly right sis... God made the animals so that we could eat them, they are not some sort of helpless little creatures that we have to take pity on. If they were created for that purpose then they should be used for that purpose. The animals arent people and they dont deserve to be treated like people... they are food and they desreve to be treated like food. I am not saying that having a dog is wrong... God made the animals for companionship as well. We just haev to trust that God knows what He is doing and who knows he might make the animals minds go blank or soemthing before they die... who knows? Its not for us to knwo or worry about...
Oh and if we dont eat meat you basically get fat and out of shape and you are more at risk for heart disease than others... God knew what He was doing and He put meat in our diet's for a reason.

well,what if you were one out of five kittens that were placed in a frying pan turned on HIGH and were thrown against the wall and on the floor,huh?!that actually happened in this one girls town!and you know what,i can make my own decisions.why can`t i be a vegetarian??

you may find it sad, but there's a purpose for animals to be here... ofcourse you can make your decision if you want, it's just not good to your body and u wouldn't be following what God wants, for you to be healthy. And not eating meat is not healthy in any way... we're just telling you cause we care about your health, and your body as my dad always says "needs alot of protain" and meat is the best way to get it... w/e you do to your body is up to you, we were just concerned about you, and we were as well expressing our opinions about it. We weren't telling you you couldn't be a vegetarian....

you're getting me wrong girlie, it's just that by not eating meat you're not making any good to your body, on the contrary, it's bad for your body, it's not that you aren't following God, what I meant was that God gave you your body and the necessary things to survive, one of those is meat, if you don't eat the necessary proteins you may get sick and you're just harming your body by not eating meat...

of course I'm not mad at you girlie! it's just that since we don't see or hear each other we sometimes read it differently as it was meant, I'm sorry if you thought I was mad! I'm really not, I'm just concerned, cause I care about you... and well I just don't think it's right... but wether you are a vegetarian or not is up to you...
